Is there some way to make a PowerPoint File Read Only? I
have several presentations that I have created for
training and need to make them uneditable.

You don't mention which version of PowerPoint you are using so:
PowerPoint XP has password protection on it, the earlier versions don't ...
but all is not lost, there are work arounds.
