When sending my "read only" files from my CD burner to
the "C" drive, I can then undo read only and delete the
folder if I wish. However, this does not take the folder
off my "E" drive (burner). How do I accomplish this?

Files on CD's have to be read only unless you use third party packet wrting
software.

You can't remove a file from a CD-R disk, you could possibly hide the file
by writeing a dummy (empty) file with the same name, to the CD-R, however
this would not remove the old file, but simply redirect to the new dummy
file.
