Hi,
I just brought in a Vista Business computer into a Server Standard 2003
domain. I have 2000 Pro and XP Pro across the board.
I joined the Vista w/s to the domain, connected to the appropriate mapped
drive, email etc... So everything seems to be working fine, the problem I've
ran into now is anytime I attempt to make changes to an existing Word
document (using Office 2002) and I go to save the doc it says that I can't
because it has read-only permissions(I checked and it does not). I go to
another w/s with XP Pro with the same Office version and I can make the
changes just fine without being prompted that it's read-only. Is there a
setting with Vista that I need to adjust?
Thanks Craig
