Read only table for users

I am creating a secured database for users to access forms to submit
information that inputs into a table. The information that is entered from
the form identifies which user input the data from using the currentuser()
function. However, this still allows users to edit the table. Is there a
way that the table can still be viewed by users but not edited/deleted??
