Reached the end of the file and Cant increase 2GB limit

I get the error Reached the end of file when synchronizing offline
files. I am unable to increase the limit from 2GB. I check policy and I
did not find any limitations. can anyone tell me what is wrong?

Is the disk formatted as FAT or NTFS?

FAT/FAT32 have a maximum file size limitation at 2 Gb. NTFS doesn't have
that limitation.

Solution is to convert the partition you use into ntfs.

i dont think there are any files that are 1gb big, it is just a bunch
of small files.
