Hotmail. You will need to pay Yahoo for POP services - it isn't expensive.

Hey,

If your account is already setup for POP3 mail in your
yahoo options then you can use it for free

The servers are

pop.mail.yahoo.com
smtp.mail.yahoo.com

yahoo actually has a really good help page on this
