RE/Xplorer access

I am a new real estate broker, trying to access the MLS
tool, RE/Xplorer (www.mlspin.rexplorer.net) from home.
It works from the office, so I am sure that my
username/password is ok. I have added the website as a
trusted site, and it still gives me the same "action
cancelled" error message across the screen.
I have Norton Symetic and am running MS XP.
Is there somewhere I can go for additional information to
solve this problem?

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.
