Question, dose winXP home come with the "Windows Paint"
program. Or do I need to download it some where here in
Microsoft?

On mine it is in accessories in programs. Is it there?

It should be there - look in Start - All Programs - Accessories for
'Paint' (without 'Windows')

If not, go to Add Remove programs, click Windows components. There
highlight Accessories and Games, click Details; highlight Accessories;
click Details and check Paint and Ok to install it
