Outlook provides no way to create multiple-entry vCal files. You'll need to either put them together manually or use a third-party tool (see http://www.slipstick.com/config/convmsg.htm and search for vCalendar.

Off the top of my head, it looks OK. Were you using the File | Import and Export wizard to try to import it? Or were you just opening the .vcs file?

I was just opening the file, and only the first calendar entry was being
imported. You're right, it imports all okay when I use the import/export
wizard.
