I recently installed Home Premium on my PC. I now want to install Ultimate
instead and would like to reuse the Home Premium version on a different PC.
It has already been activated with Microsoft. Will there be any issues in
installing the Home Premium Copy on a the other PC? How do I do the
activation on the other PC?

Hi,

It's no problem, it's just that you will likely have to phone in the
activation instead of using the automated routine.

It shouldn't be a problem. You might find, though, that instead of being
able to activate over the internet, you may have to telephone the Microsoft
activation line for the product to be activated. This is a free phone (toll
free) number

i think that if you have a full version of ultimate should be no problems
(you shouldnt really use the upgrade option from premium to ultimate, just
wipe the disk and start again, i have had some weird problems using the
upgrade options, like weird distorted sounds from my soundcard), im not
quite sure what happens if its the upgrade version since you will still have
the premium key on your upgraded computer????? can someone confirm that?

from what i have heard if you upgrade your computer still uses the other key
