This exactly how to fix this problem

I suspect that someone deleted your machine account from the domain. Or some
application has deleted/corrupted the machine's credentials, not allowing it
to actually access the domain.

I highly doubt that. There is no reason for windows to delete the account in
the AD
With that said, of course there might be issues, or bugs that might cause
problems. It might be one of any other application installed on the machine
as well
