To make charts nominally the same, you would make the first one, copy
it, paste it next to the first, and change the source data. To get the
same scale, you could set the scale of the first chart before copying
it. Or you could make all the charts, see what scale you need, make the
scale that way on one chart, then select the scale of each additional
chart, and press F4 to repeat.
