re-store access menus and toolbars

I have an Access DB, I made a switchboard the default in the start-up. I also
unchecked all tool bars and menu bars. I am now unable to access the guts of
this data base. How do I re-store the access toolbars and menu bars?

hold the Shift key down while opening the database.
