There's no command in PPT for this, but if you dowload and install the free
PPTools Starter Set at http://www.rdpslides.com/pptools/FAQ00095.htm there's a
tool that lets you memorize the size/position of a shape (ie, one of your
pictures) and another that lets you "hammer" other shapes (your other pictures)
to that size/position with a single click. It'd take maybe a minute and a bit
to do the whole presentation this way.

I have downloaded the PPTools Starter pack, picked the
memories icon, clicked on the first picture, then gone
back and picked the hammer icon, then clicked on the fist
picture, then done the same to picture 2 and so on but
they do not alter the size, am i doing something wrong ?

Hi,

Instead of just clicking on the memorize button, go <Control + Click>. That
will bring up an option box. Make sure the bit about "Resize" is checked.
You should also have the option to check "Don't Distort" if you want a rough
size but not fully distorted. Good for remembering landscape images and
hammering them as portrait without making them look silly.

just the one with the hammer icon on picture 2 and subsequent ones?

See my response to your most recent post. Link the button via Slide Show >
Action Settings > Hyperlink To and select "Next Slide" from the drop down
menu. If you want the button to appear on every slide, place it on the
Slide Master.

[CRITICAL UPDATE - Anyone using Office 2003 should install the critical
update as soon as possible. From PowerPoint, choose "Help -> Check for
Updates".]
[TOP ISSUE - Are you having difficulty opening presentations in PPT 2003
that you just created in PPT 2003? -
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=329820]

Hello,

If you have not used the Photo Album feature in PowerPoint 2000 or later,
or the placeholders of the slide autolayouts for controlling the
size/position of inserted images, there is no easy way to adjust the size
of multiple images in a presentation to be at the same size and location
throughout the presentation.

If you (or anyone else reading this message) have suggestions for how to
make this easier to do in PowerPoint (without having to resort to VBA or
add-ins), don't forget to send your feedback (in YOUR OWN WORDS, please) to
Microsoft at:

http://register.microsoft.com/mswish/suggestion.asp

It's VERY important that, for EACH wish, you describe in detail, WHY it is
important TO YOU that your product suggestion be implemented. A good wish
submssion includes WHAT scenario, work-flow, or end-result is blocked by
not having a specific feature, HOW MUCH time and effort ($$$) is spent
working around a specific limitation of the current product, etc. Remember
that Microsoft receives THOUSANDS of product suggestions every day and we
read each one but, in any given product development cycle, there are ONLY
sufficient resources to address the ones that are MOST IMPORTANT to our
customers so take the extra time to state your case as CLEARLY and
COMPLETELY as possible so that we can FEEL YOUR PAIN.

IMPORTANT: Each submission should be a single suggestion (not a list of
suggestions).
