Re-Printing After Update Made to Report under Query

I have a data base report, for a charity club, that was
sent to me as a file, via e-mail. I have updated this
file with additional information, under the query
section. Then, I tried to re-print the reports - reports
are available in numberic or alpha sequence.

When my reports now print, the colun widths have changed,
from the original version that I was sent via e-mail. On
one of the reports, the last column actually prints,
alone, on a second page.

How can I rectify this situation.

All of my data is correct. I just need to know how to
adjust the printing so that columns are printed as they
were originally set up.

Thank you.

Adjust the page settings at File / Print Setup.
