Re-post - Annoying javascript message thingy !

When I right click my start button I get the following
appear as an option -
'javascript:document.location='http:/'..... etc etc

I also get a similar message appear when I right click
inside my Internet explorer window.
Is this what they call a parasite ? and how do I get rid
of it, ' caause I certainly didnt put it there !!

Download one or both of these Anti Spyware programs
and install them, update them and scan your system
and delete any spywares that may be found. If you have a
working Anti Virus program, then update it and scan with it,
