can one re-partition a hard drive with Vista and install Windows 7 for a
multi-boot setup?
if so, what's the easiest way?

Okay - Partition Wizard worked for shrinking/recreating another partition,
but did a boo-boo w/Vista Boot Pro and had to recover vista as i messed up
the bootloader i think as the machine wouldn't reboot ("NTLDR is missing"
error), i'm thinking it may have been ticking the wrong boxes/buttons on the
System Bootloader Maintenance screen. The tutorial/help isn't very user
friendly (someone trying to sound smarter than they actually are). If
anyone has been through this, a couple of pointers would be appreciated.
thx in advance

After you create the new partition, all you need to do is to format and
install Win 7 on it. Win 7 will set up the multi-boot options. You only
need Vista Boot Pro to make changes to the options, like renaming the OS's,
changing the default, etc.
I suggest asking for assistance in Sevenforums... Brink really does know his
stuff.
