Re-Ordering History

Is there any way of re-ordering History so that Today appears at the top instead of the bottom?

Only in an Explorer window as (e.g. in XP):
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\History

BTW I haven't tried to force the issue.
If you want you could try to see what would happen if you closed
all IE windows (and verified in Task Manager that iexplore.exe
was no longer active an active process) and then made
the Explorer view persistent, e.g. closed that window while
holding down a Ctrl- key.

Otherwise I would say the History Folder bar has a fixed view
of its own.
