If you are running on a 64 bit OS, make sure that you are using the 32 bit
version of the ODBC Panel; see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/942976 .
Second, if you are creating an User DSN, try creating a System DSN instead.
Remove the old User DSN for testing this.
