Make sure that the primary network card (non-wireless) is enabled by
right-clicking on "my network places" and selecting properties, then check
to make sure the interface has TCP/IP installed on it still by checking its
properties in the same manner as well. If all checks out there, go to your
start menu and then "run", type in "cmd" and hit enter. At the prompt of the
window that pops up, type in "ipconfig /all" and hit enter. Paste the
results in here, and I should be able to understand the problem a bit
better.

I uninstalled the wireless cars and drivers. There are
two Local Area Connection. One is XIRCOM which shows
enable and other (NTS Enternet P.P.P.o.E. Adapter which
has an X through it. Both have TCP set to automaticcaly
obtain address. As it isn't connected I can't cut and
paste to send but I'll type it what the ipconfig showed.

Well your ethernet adapter looks good to me... the only other thing I can
suggest is trying typing into that "cmd" window "ping apsrv01" and see if
you get responses. If you don't get any responses, you are going to have to
contact your sysadmin, as there may be an coincidental problem with that
server.
