re-newbie question: HDD drivers & support

It's been 6 years since I assembled a system--alot has changed!
Everything is loaded in the case & I am waiting for my OS so I can
start using my new toy. ANYway...I inadvertantly got an OEM HD (WD
80G) so would like to know if there's anything on the (not included)
CD that I willl be needing before installing XP?

P4 2.6 800
P4P800Dlx
WD 80G 7200 HDD
Kingston 1G 3200 DDR
ATI AIW 128
Optorite DVD RW
Lite-On CDRW/DVD
Thermaltake 420W PSU
Coolermaster Centurion case
 
You should be fine.
I just installed 2 of these as Raid on
my A7V333.
I run Win2K on my main disk and use the
Raid for video editing.
I stuck them in, setup the Raid and used
W2K to partition and format the drives.
After your system is up go to
www.westerndigital.com and download the
Data Lifeguard Tools.
They are used for diagnostics in case
you have any problems and want to check
out the drive.
