There are many methods but result is copying system file
to \windows\system32\Config\ folder.
Steps:
Step1: boot system from Recovery Console (How?)
Method a: safe mode => select recovery console =>
C:\windows
method B: boot from XP Cd and select Recovery Console
cd c:\windows
rem system32\Config\system System32\Config\system.old
Copy repair\system.bak system32\Config\system
Restart computer
