I recently had my computer serviced for a blown modum. In
the course of the servicing, it was purposely crashed.
That meant I had to reload Windows 2000. When I try to do
this it repeatedly stalls or pops up the message that
there has been a fatal error. The last time I knew to
write down the exact message before hitting cancel. It
said there was an internal error # 2355. Neither my tech
support for the after-support for my computer, nor your
phone in Microsoft support people could help me. What do
I do to get the software to re-load?
