Re installing Xp, from vista

I have been running Vista Home Premium for some time now and do not like it.
I want to re-install my system back to Windows XP Profess. Can any one please
help me with all the steps I must do and or Take. My files are already backed
up.

Set your BIOS to boot off the CD
Insert XP Pro Cd and boot up..look for the words"press any Key to boot from
CD....press a key
start the installation and when the screen comes up Format the drive that
VIsta is on and continue with the install

have you considered using VPC2007 and running xp as a guest os in a virtual environment.
if you have sufficient memory might be the easiest as then you would have both available.
and ease the learning curve into vista.
