I was upgrading from Millenium (ME) to XP. During the installation, I was warned that a gfew programs were incompatible (Epson printer and Belkin USR bloetooth). I thought it could be fixed later. By removing Epson printer sdoftware and reinstalling it, I was successful it getting it to work fine. But, not so with Belkin (which work somewhat ok in ME). Also, I seem to being having a problem with a missing 'mailto.dll' file.

I think I would like to return to ME (which I think was saved as part of the XP install). Can I uninstall XP and expect the system to come up in ME without losing as program or other files ????

First try to find XP drivers for your Belkin software. You'll be amazed at
the improvement of XP compared to ME so I encourage you to keep it. Try to
get your Belkin software working then save the data you would like to keep
and do a fresh install of XP. The problem with the mailto dll may be
because of the ME upgrade and a fresh install will take care of that and
other problems. If you don't want to give it a try and want to go back to
ME, if you have done the ME to XP upgrade installation then your XP
installation should be in add/remove programs in control panel and you can
safely remove it.

Look for XP drivers from the Belkin web site first.
