When you install Outlook 2003 on a new hard drive it make a new outlook.pst file. Usally in C:\Documents and SettingsHere is the problem. What if there one has an existing outlook.pst file on another partition that they want it to point to instead of the orginal

Please give me the complete proceedures for making this work right so there is not 2 personal folders

Thank you! :)

Use File | Open | Outlook data file to open the folder you want to use, then
Tools | Email Accounts to make it the default data store. After you restart
Outlook, you can close the first file.
