Hi,
After a crash, I had to re-install ATI video card driver. I first had to put
it in basic mode (640x480) then re-install. It went well, and display is
back to normal, except every time I boot up, an error message appears on the
desktop:
" ATI could not instigate the ATI media control panel, and the control panel
will now close,"
The display works fine when I close the error message, but how can I stop
the message appearing.

there are 2 versions of control panel - the standard one which (with driver)
comes to about 25mb
download and the super fancy one thats closer to 40mb to download - uses
about a 100mb of memory
when its in use and is really designed for Ford Capri owners with matching
Kev and Kelly stickers.
'That' version of a control panel requires Microsofts NET framework to be
installed first.
