Re-installation of XP Pro, Disk Defrag missing

i was forced to re-install XP Pro sometime ago, and since
then, the Disk Defrag program that comes with the OS is
now non-existant...need help!!! must defrag drive to clean
it up...pleaaaaaaase!! anyone with an answer, email at
(e-mail address removed)
 
Perform the following:

1. Right-click on your Desktop and select: NEW > SHORTCUT
2. In the Create Shortcut window, type in: %SystemRoot%\System32\dfrg.msc , and click "Next"
3. In the next window, type in: Disk Defragmenter , and click "Finish"
4. A Disk Defragmenter shortcut icon will appear on your Desktop.

thanks for the tip, it worked; sort of...it brought up the
defrag app, but when i click on Analyze, or even
Defragment, it doesn't do anything...why??? it there a
corrupt file? if so, where, online, can i get non-corrupt
files?
