Re-installation of Vista

Hello, I want to re-i nstall vista on my computer.I have home premium on it
currently. I upgraded from basic earlier this year.I was wanting to know how
I would get premium back on since my original system had basic on it. I used
the upgrade vista dvd to upgrade from basic to premium.
