Re-install IE6

How does one go about re-installing IE6? Where do I get
it from? Mine crashes too much (selecting favorites,
filling in a form, sometimes just on it's own. I've run
three differetn virus scanners and it's not a (known)
virus, so all that's left for me to assume is that the
upgrade to IE6 has lost something.

any help appreciated.

First: check for spyware; some of them are not just sneaky, but also very
unstable.

If this doesn't solve your issue, then you may need a full new install of
IE.
Unfortunately all of the "mortal accessible" download of IE6 SP1 downloads
on MS.com are of the type that only download a small portion, and actually
need a working connection to the interneet to further install.
So I don't think this works if you do a full uninstall of IE before
installing IE6SP1.
But it wouldn't hurt to run the SP1 update again and see if that helps:
