I don't think there's any way to do that, exactly. What I'd probably do is
embed the continuous form as a subform within a main form, and add some code
to the Current event procedure of the subform to display the required
information in a label on the main form. Something like ...

Me.Parent!NameOfLabel.Caption = NZ(Me!NameOfField, vbNullString)

Come to think of it, you may be able to get away without the
main-form/subform combination, and use a label in the header or footer
section of the continuous form.
