You can also print to a PDF file if you have Acrobat Writer and use the
select text column tool to copy the column of contacts and then the
addresses. This was the best way I could find to export distribution lists
and get the contacts and not just the name of the Distribution List.

No, there isn't.
When the DL is open, you have the option to "Save As..."
Select RTF format.
Then it will open in Word, from which you can copy and paste the data into
Excel. The names and addresses will go into separate cells. You can then
save the file as a CSV file, which as I recall was your intended
destination.

Never done that before - is there a "how-to" on the
Microsoft site that you know of? And thanks for replying
so quickly.

Not easy. I'd save it as an RTF file, then cut and paste
into Excel to
create a CSV.

I need to export several distribution lists that are in
my Contact folder to a comma delimited file. I know
how
to export the entire Contact folder, but how do I
export
only a specific distribution list?

Can anyone help? I tried searching the Knowledge Base
but had no luck. Thanks!

Maggie
