There's nothing built into Excel that lets you add a Grand Total to a
Pivot Chart.
A workaround would be to add a Total row at the top of the data source,
and turn off the column total in the PivotTable. For example:
Date Region Rep UnitsSold
(blank) Total Total =SUM(D3
500)
