Hi Bob,
The first thing I would try is to use Windows Explorer to find and
delete all files with a .xlb extension from your computer. These are files
used by Excel to store information about toolbars and they frequently cause
this type of problem if they become corrupt. Excel will automatically create
new files once you remove the old ones.
If that doesn't work, since you are having problems with Print Preview,
I would try removing and reinstalling your printer.
