Hello,

I just upgraded to Access 2003. I opened an unsecured db, created a simple Access Data Page, and when I tried to view it, first I got some other error message which, after research, lead me to reinstall MDAC(owc10.exe). I did that, but now I get the "...website is using your identity to access a data source..." prompt, and I can't find any solutions to this!

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/ado270/htm/ado28_dcrs.asp
mentions this problem. Sounds like you need to do a bit of work on
your trusted zones. But that's just a guess.

Making the website a trusted site does not work for me. I think i
comes down to using a database with integrated security. Adding use
level security to MS Access does not get rid of the message. Since th
ORACLE provider is not available for DAP, that leaves SQL Server an
use of the upsize wizard. Anyone with a better idea

Put the website in trusted zone and change these two IE settings:

1. Miscellaneous > Access data sources across domains > Enable

2. User Authentication > Logon > Automatic logon with current username and password
