have a pop-up blocker, so that's probably why it wouldn't

can't enable java

Ok, I'm having the same problem with a "java not enabled" message. I'm using XP pro, sp 1&2, IE6. I've downloaded the latest java s/w, and done everything suggested on the java site to correct this with no luck even with my a/v and zone alarm turned off. I have no special popup blockers so I don't think that's the problem...
(the utility link given above doesn't work, too old, probably)
