Hello,
I have accidentally disabled a recording device in the sound program. by
doing so, it had disappeared in the program, and I cannot seem to find a way
for it to be enabled again.

I did it because my Pinnacle PCTV 300i PCI card has tuner sound output
connected to aux audio input in the mobo, and every time I start windows the
sound from the TV tuner is being put through the speakers with no way of
silencing it through volume mixer.

I was looking in device manager, and it appears that the TV PCI card is
there and working.

Is there a way for me to get it back into the sounds program?

Thanks

Sorry, I forgot to add the system is Windows Vista x64 and the motherboard
is an ASUS M2N-VM DVI

You have to open the sound menu again, where you disabled it. Where
you used to see it... it will probably say there are no audio devices
installed. Now right click and click on, "Show Disabled Devices" and
then you can see it and re-enable it.
