accidentally signed off on My MSN and since this I cannot
access My MSN or Hotmail etc. with "sign me in
automatically' . 'Cookies must be turned back on' and I
am not computer literate enough to figure out how to use
the Helpline to do so. Can you help me? I use this site
a lot and it is awkward entering my hotmail address and
password each time I go to use it.

Hi,
You can vary these settings when logging in. If you are
automatically signed in and get an error, click the
logout button in the upper right. This will take you to
the login screen. Click login, then enter the
credentials you wish. You can decide her whether you
wish to have an automatic sign-in or not. Click the box
if so and you will use your new credentials. If there
is a problem with cookies, open internet explorer and
click Tools, internet options. You will see a general
page. In the middle, there is a choice to delete
cookies. If you choose this, you will remove any
previously cached cookies that may be causing problems.
Close IE and restart and try again. Hope this helps.
John
