Re Email link from FP with body text applied..HOW

I have a click on link to send an email response to myself from a webpage. It is a registration form.

I don't want to create a normal form with cgi. I want the person to click on the email link and email pops up

which already has basic preformatted data in EG

Name
John Smith
-------------------------------
Address
55 Station Street
------------------------------
Tel No.
123456789
------------------------------

I want the nominated responses already there
Name, Address, Tel No. Ect and the person fills in the details and returns it.

Is it possible to do this with an email (Outlook Express)
