Re-create Administrator?

I forgot the password for my site but I had it stored on my computer so I was
able to log in. While I was logge in I deleted the admin account and now I
can not log back in (I fixed the password issue). Is there some way to
re-create the admin account? Thanks!
 
Contact your host and have them recreate it
