? re being able to copy music from wmp

hi i was wondering if anyone can help me here im trying to
copy music from the windows media player ,, so i can burn
a cd i am new to all of this so not sure why i cant copy
from the media player .....my friend said that it si
poosible to do and she does it but i cant can u help ...
i am using xp windows and media player 9
 
Would you please pass on any tips you get? Brand new
computer came with windows media installed but no disc so
I'm getting no-where fast. English Pat (Silver Surfer)
