Re-assign folder location

I have two hard drives. My "C" drive of course has my OS. My "G" drive stores only data. I can open Start/Documents/My Music. I want however for "My Music" to be be directed to "My Music" folder in the "G" drive. By default, through "My Documents", it is in the "C" drive. How can I change this?

Right click on the My Documents folder and go to properties. You can change
it there.

There's a feature to change the default location of system folders (My
Computer > Special Folders).
