Hi,

My boss uses Remote Desktop to take over his pc from home
each night. In the morning when he returns to the office,
all of his desktop icons (he has about 30 desktop
shortcuts) are completely rearranged. I've tried
everything....he's getting angry because he really likes
his desktop icons to be in a certain order and each time
he connects they get out of whack. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Eric

When he connects to Remote Desktop, is he using a different display
resolution? This could be causing a few problems if the icons will
auto-arrange to the new display resolution.
