RDP XPProSP2 & Network Error

RDP works on Machine A, with XPpro, SP2. I get a "network connection
error" on machine B. I've done all of the usual trouble shooting
things...checking terminal services, setup, etc.

Any ideas?

In order to understand this issue more clearly, please assist in gathering
the following information:
1. What's the exact error message you got?
2. Can machine B use RDP to connect other server? Does this issue only
occur for one server on machine B?
3. Can we ping the server successfully on machine B?
4. Can other machine connect the machine B?
5. What are troubleshooting steps you have performed and what the result?

The information above is very important to us to narrow down this problem.
Please take your time on collecting it.
