I have a user, about 100 miles away, trying to access our Terminal
Server using Remote Desktop.
This works most of the time, but has become a pain over the last
week.
He can get on the Internet fine & I can get on using his credentials.
Where can I start the troubleshooting process?
Any suggestions appreciated!

I guess a bit more details may be in order.

What type of connection at each end?

What type of firewall at each end (if any), etc...etc?

What OS is the TS running?

What OS is the client running?

Anything in the event logs that may provide clues?

What error messages when they try to connect or the connection fails?

You might consider posting to the microsoft.public.windows.terminal_services
news group for specific TS questions.
