I'm running RDP on my W2K Pro box, do a search for RDP
Windows 2000. It should pull up a MS page for XP with a
file to download which you can use on W2K, NT4 and Win98
to use RDP services on these OS's

You're describing the opposite of what the OP wants.
He wants to use his Win2000 PC as a host, and access
it from some other PC. Your solution describes the
RDP client running on a Win2000 PC, accessing some
WinXP or Terminal Server host.

No it's not impossible. As Rob Elder suggested, you have to use
third-party software. WinVNC and pcAnywhere are the most
populare products. WinVNC is free.
