RDP Locks up remote workstation after first logoff

I'll start with the basics and if more information is needed, I will submit
it. But in a nutshell, my users are connecting to their home network and
then using Cisco VPN software to make a secure connection to our corporate
network. They then use RDP to connect to a desktop in the office. Life goes
on and all is well. Then they disconnect. And they cannot reconnect to
their machine. When they come in the next morning, the machine is flashing
at (what we think) is the unlock screen.

We are currently a Microsoft / Novell shop, so we have two clients on the
machine. We're still at SP2, Novell is 4.91 SP1, we tried updating to the
new RDP 6.1 and the newest Novell 4.91 SP5. We are patched up to date as of
August 2009.

Any ideas would be helpful

Thank you.

Instead of disconnecting from the office desktop, try logging off.

I have a user with the exact same issue. Has anyone found a solution?

XP Pro SP3 Patched both ends. When user logs off or disconnects RDP session
at home, comes to work and can't login locally until the computer is rebooted
but can RDP in from another computer.

Display shows...

"This computer is locked. Only or administrator can unlock it."

Note!!!!! There is a blank between "only" and "or" where a user name should
be.
