RDP Connect without Locking the Machine possible?

Hello!

If i use Remoteassistance to connect to a machine its possible to use it
from remote and local, but with a normal RDP Connection the local machine is
locked! Thats ok, but now i need access to a machine and dont lock the
console...

Is that possible with WinXP pro? or do i need 3rd Party Software?

I found Settings in AD but i think they are only for Terminal Server Based
Connection and not from XP to XP...

Any hints? is there a regkey to change the lock behavor?
