Hi all

I've been looking through the registry and gpedit trying to find a solution
to this, but nothing has leapt out at me so far ....

We have a dedicated internet machine at work which I use to RD to my home PC
on occasion. We all use the same logon for that machine.

I'm trying to find a setting somewhere so that when I open RD, there are no
details saved (IP and username) ... something like the
DontDisplayLastUserName setting for NT logon.

Any ideas what I'm missing?

Regards

The logon information gets saved to the Default.rdp (a hidden file located
in the %userprofile%\My Documents dir).

The list of all the servers connected is located in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\Default MRU0 to
MRU9. May be you can delete these registry keys so that the IP is not
displayed and clear the default.rdp file to clear the username information.

Many thanks ... I'll have a play around and see what I come up with.

Regards
