RDC is still not working

I have followed the steps that you listed below and
nothing has worked. The error has changed to:

"The remote computer disconnected the session because of
an error in the licensing protocol. Please try connecting
to the remote computer again or contact your rerver
admin."

I dont know what to do. this is really getting to me. I
cannot get a normal answer from anyone including the
Microsft folks who develope this stuff in the first
place. I would to know what can I do to fix this problem.

Are you using norton internet security by any chance??? In
that package is a firewall included which may cause the
problem you are experience...
